Your complete satisfaction is important to me, so it is guaranteed when you purchase any items from me. If you are not completely satisfied just contact me within 30 days and I will refund 100% of your purchase price, this does not include postal charges.
PayPal is the best way to pay. If this is your first time using PayPal, you will find that it is quick, simple and very secure, you don’t have to have a PayPal account for an invoice you can pay by credit/debit card.
Postage & Packaging
Our Pricing policy is based on weight bands. Therefore the postage will be charged on the overall weight, not per individual item. As it seems the fairest way to customers wishing to buy more than one item. (It’s possible to get quite a few of the lighter items for the same price of one) which is why I do not include P&P in the price of each item.
Most items should be delivered within 3-5 business days from purchase (Royal mails terms and conditions apply). Most items are made by hand not mass-produced. All items will be sent in a padded envelope, which will be sent First Class by Royal Mail Large letter (due to the padded envelope), the price of the envelope is included in the postage price. These postage costs are for the UK only.

All of my Jewellery items are handmade, nickel and lead free to comply with the EU regulations, some may vary slightly to the picture. If you are not happy with an item or have a problem in the first instance, email me with your concerns and details, I aim to make you as happy as possible with your purchase.
Items are NOT refundable unless damaged in transit in which case I will send a replacement. Earrings that are returned with the seal broken will have a small charge on them for replacement of the hooks for health reasons, (therefore there will not be a full refund.) I will give 14 DAYS after posting for a problem to be reported and refunded. Items that are returned to me via post are sent 100% at the buyers own risk and are not refunded for being lost in the post. FULL payment must be made before I dispatch an item. All items will be processed and dispatched within 24hrs after receiving payment (working days), where possible I will do my best to accommodate all your requests. I will try my best to get the items to you as soon as I can after you have ordered.
