You’re Fabulous Art Deco Birthday Card. Firstly I layered a piece of yellow card onto white scalloped edged base card. Then layered a piece of cut blue paper with fancy border onto the yellow card, I then attached a die cut panel featuring 2 elegant ladies onto the base of the card and placed in the centre. Finally I added a You’re Fabulous Sentiment in the top right corner and placed 3 white gems to the top left of the card.
